Mat Pilates
Feel balanced & flexible. We will focus on your core muscles while also training your arms & legs. You will learn to move better so you can see the benefits in everyday life.

Reformer Pilates
Feel strong & energized. We will do a series of dynamic exercises using the straps and the springs from the reformer machine. Improve strength, flexibility and coordination.

Improve muscle tone & alignment. Fast paced full body workout focused on cardiovascular & strengthening exercises while also helping your posture.

Pilates for Osteoporosis
A safe and effective Pilates class to help improve your bone health and reduce fracture risk*. With carefully selected modifications you can still get a full body workout in!
